Birds seen in May 2013 - highlights

• Thanks to the growing number of our keen birdwatchers collecting data, we are already building a more comprehensive and thorough view of Dorchester's birdlife.
• 63 different species in May, 90 so far this year
• Swifts have arrived on schedule, first sighted on May 1st.  Notable large flocks feeding over Orchid Lake on cold mornings.
